XI St. Petersburg International Property Show

St Petersburg International Property Show is held in the Northern capital of Russia for more than five years and has become a kind of barometer of the real estate market in the North-West region of Russia. In particular, the number of visitors can be judged on how much in demand the international real estate is. Surprisingly, each Show (it is held twice a year) the number of guests is not reduced and shows an upward trend, even when the economic is not in the great form. From 2009 to 2013 the number of visitors of St Petersburg International Property Show increased by 15%, and the last Show had 7800 visitors. So, there is every reason to believe that the next show will once again be a record for attendance.

According to experts, the demand for overseas property among the Russians 2013 year will be quite high due to the stabilization of the economic situation in Europe. Bulgaria will be still popular partly due to the relatively low prices, in part - due to the delay of the entering of the country into Schengen zone (though everyone knows that sooner or later, Bulgaria will join the Schengen area). It is also very likely that demand for overseas property will be spurred by poor prognosis of the forthcoming autumn recession made by Russian Government: Russians, unlike the Europeans, tend to make large cash investments in such situations, including those in foreign real estate

Thus, autumn St Petersburg International Property Show will be successful and useful not only for the players in the market, but also for their potential customers. Bulgarian Real Estate Salon which is traditionally held during Show promises to be very popular: Bulgaria is already in a big demand in St. Petersburg and in the light of the factors identified above, companies specialized on the real estate of this Balkan country stand a great chance to beat sales records.

Besides, according to tradition, at the conference hall will be held seminar program during the exhibition, which is open for everyone. By the way, the audience pays more and more attention to knowledge in property market, and seminars dedicated to the most important issues of the real estate industry attract a lot of visitors.
